Where we ship

RADATRIX ships to addresses within the United States. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather or peak seasons.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. You can also check the status of your order in My Account.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout, but we will do our best to help.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, contact us at support@radatrix.shop and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
